I am writing this letter to know about my lost suitcase. My name is Sam and I was one of the passengers who travelled on one of your flights. Last week, after returning to London from an important business meeting in Malaysia, my suitcase went missing at the airport.
The above said suitcase was made up of leather and it was black in color. Moreover, there was a scratch, which was on the left side of my suitcase. I had carried some important documents, a fountain pen, a diary and some clothes in my suitcase. Those documents are essential for me as they are critical for my business.
I have not got any response from your company even after five days of filing a complaint. I am really dissatisfied with your service. Furthermore, I want to know what steps you have taken after my suitcase was lost.
