I am writing this letter to complain about the recently delivered incorrect items at my home.
I had made a purchase order of 2 shirts, blue in colour and plane in shade from the “Men” section. These shirts had 32 number printed on them, denoting the size of shirts.Furthermore, these were full sleeve shirts.
However, the shirts that I received at home by the courier person were two t-shirts of black and brown in color respectively. As I checked them, these are not full-sleeve shirts but instead half-sleeve. Thus, it is not the order I had placed.
I, hence, request you to kindly either replace the order by delivering only those shirts that I had ordered as stored in the shopping carts or else a refund for the amount deducted for the purchase can be made. I hope you would consider my problem as serious and avoid such incidents in the future.
